Celebrate 50 years with Seal Methods Inc.

It is with great pride that we at Seal Methods Inc. announce our 50th anniversary. As part of this momentous event, we are also excited to announce the launch of our redesigned website.

Since our inception in 1974 by Gene Welter, we have been committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and this significant milestone marks a journey of growth and success that started in a small 2,000 sf building in Santa Fe Springs. The business quickly grew to 4,000 sf, and then a few years later, we moved into our first long-term home. Throughout the years, SMI continued to grow, and Gene kept Seal Methods HQ in Santa Fe Springs.

In our 50-year history we have been involved in almost every industry and market from A to Z, and we have expanded the company to more locations to serve our customers better. Our extensive footprint continues to grow as we find new and additional opportunities.

In addition to our two California locations, we opened a facility in Mexico in 2021, placing SMI in a strategic position that benefits its clients through increased turnaround speed and new product offerings. In 2022, Seal Methods Inc. successfully launched its Texas manufacturing location and added components that are better sourced for customers based out of Texas, allowing them to be closer to our customers.

Our full-service premier fabrication of gaskets, seals, tapes, and precision die cuts puts us at the forefront of the industry. We are one of the most diversified converters in the industry, with clients in the Automotive, Medical, Transportation, Electronics, Construction, Energy, Storage, and Industrial markets.
